G-Module Art Advisory uses a curatorial process to source works of art by emerging, mid-career and established artists. Our clients benefit from our research and in-depth knowledge of the primary and secondary markets gained from our collaborations with auction houses, galleries, museums, and collections. We manage all the steps of the due diligence process when vetting a work of art ensuring the acquisition is of correct historical provenance and market value.
LEASING
Art is modular and can transform or enhance any interior/exterior space. Leasing art is an alternative way to host relevant and engaging works of art for any period of time. As with collecting, leasing fosters creativity, innovation and a connection with the work environment. Additionally, art in the workplace helps build brand identity and increases work performance of employees.

Through our network of partners, G-Module Art Advisory offers management, maintenance and collection services such as digital archiving and cataloguing, viewings, negotiation, art handling, installation, restoration and framing in your city. We provide guidance through the transaction, condition analysis, insurance and shipping to/from the home or office. We are present at every step.

An operating lease may allow 100% of the lease payment to be included as an operating expense. In a purchase, bank financing would allow only the interest costs to be included as operating expenses.

Our leasing terms provides fixed rates as a percentage of the value of the art based on the length of your lease term, with specially structured terms to accommodate the specific needs of the company.
ROTATE OFTEN

By rotating your selection of existing artworks with a new group, you can experience different curated combinations of media, subjects and ideas for any period of time.

We’ve initiated a “Lease to Own” option that allows you to make payments on your work of art for up to three years. If there’s a work of art that you’ve leased on a rotation schedule, you can opt to extend the lease or purchase it when your lease expires.
